Apple Bajji

Ingredients

Apple 2-3 medium sized
Gram Flour 1/2 cup
Rice Flour 1/4 cup
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Hing 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Haldi 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Prepare the batter for the bajji adding little water till you get the correct batter consistency.
  2. Cut the apples round in shape removing the seeds in b/w.
  3. Soak the apples pieces in the batter and deep fry till golden brown in colour and now your apple bajji is ready to be served.
  4. Serve it with hot and sweet tomato sauce. Hope you might feel really very refreshing after having the bajji.
