Apple Bajji
Ingredients
Apple 2-3 medium sized
Gram Flour 1/2 cup
Rice Flour 1/4 cup
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Hing 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Haldi 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying
Method:
- Prepare the batter for the bajji adding little water till you get the correct batter consistency.
- Cut the apples round in shape removing the seeds in b/w.
- Soak the apples pieces in the batter and deep fry till golden brown in colour and now your apple bajji is ready to be served.
- Serve it with hot and sweet tomato sauce. Hope you might feel really very refreshing after having the bajji.
