Hi to all Bawarchi browsers from Veena & Dr.Hariharan from Wollongong, Australia. Here's a sandwich which is healthy, nutritious, easy to make for office-goers / 'lazy females'. This recipe's part contribution goes to my beloved husband Dr.R.K.Hariharan because he's fond of honey (that's me)...Ha..ha..ha.

Banana Sandwich

Ingredients

Burger buns / Dinner rolls
Honey to spread.
Peanut butter crunchy/smooth to spread
Banana - sliced

Method:

  1. Cut the buns / rolls into halves as you do for burger.
  2. Spread Peanut butter to one half of the roll/bun.
  3. Spread Honey on the other half of the roll/bun.
  4. Arrange sliced bananas on any half of the bun.
  5. Join the two halves and enjoy a healthy, nutritious, filling snack/brunch/lunch innovated & patented by Veena & Dr.Hariharan.
