Ingredients
Small Brinjals 100 gms
Curd 200 gms
Garlic cloves 3 -4
Red Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Method:
- Wash brinjals and slit them vertically. Please take care not to break the stems.
- Hang the curd to remove excessive water.
- Crush the garlic cloves. Add salt, chilli powder and crushed garlic to the curd. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wok and put the brinjals and let them cook in oil until they
turn soft. Add chilli powder and salt. Let them get cooled.
- Arrange the brinjals in a shallow dish and pour the curd on brinjals, taking care that all the brinjals are coated wih curd.
