Hi,
I am Aravinda from Canberra (Australia). I would like to share with you the recipe I had tried. Its really a very tastey dish which goes along well with rice or chapathis. Hope you enjoy this.

Red Capsicum Chutney

Ingredients

Two medium sized Red Capsicums.
Jeera 1 tbsp.
Garlic 1 flake.
Green Chilli 1
Tamrind small amount.
Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Heat 1 tbp of oil in a small pan.
  2. Fry the chillies, Garlic and Jeera one after the other.
  3. Then fry the capsicum in the remaining oil.
  4. Finally grind the entire thing with tamrind and salt without adding water.
  5. Garnish it with corriander.
