I am Aravinda from Canberra (Australia). I would like to share with you the recipe I had tried. Its really a very tastey dish which goes along well with rice or chapathis. Hope you enjoy this.

Red Capsicum Chutney
Ingredients
Two medium sized Red Capsicums.
Jeera 1 tbsp.
Garlic 1 flake.
Green Chilli 1
Tamrind small amount.
Salt to taste.
Method:
- Heat 1 tbp of oil in a small pan.
- Fry the chillies, Garlic and Jeera one after the other.
- Then fry the capsicum in the remaining oil.
- Finally grind the entire thing with tamrind and salt without adding water.
- Garnish it with corriander.
