Amla Raita

Ingredients

Amla - 2
Green Chillies - 1
Ginger - small piece
Daniya Leaves - little
Curd - 4Tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil amla in little water or you can even keep it in cooker.
  2. Grind the cooked amla with green chillies, ginger, daniya and salt acording to taste.
  3. Add curd.
