Chick-c-Milk Fry
Ingredients
Chicken 1/2 Kg
Coconut Milk Extract 1cup
Cinnamon 3
Cloves 3
Chilly powder 2 tsp
Small Onions 1 1/2 cup
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash the chicken well with turmeric powder.
- Take thick coconut milk from 1/2 coconut.
- Cut small onions lengthwise. Keep 2 tbsp of onions aside. Put all the ingredients in the pressure pan and pressure cook for 10 minutes.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and add 2 tbsp of onions and fry till golden brown. Add curry leaves and the cooked chicken and fry well in sim till the flavour comes out.
