Hi I am Mythili
sundararajan put up at chromepet, chennai. I was a govt servant
for 33 years and took voluntary retirement last june. I enjoy browsing
your website. My hobby is crotcheting, making good recipes and enjoy
immensely serving visitors and family members. My hubby who is an
engineer is good taster. He likes healthy and fresh food. I give u a
recipe which i make very easily and frequently for every festive
occasion. As we do procure every item fresh for nivedhan, I prefer
this.

Raav Burfi
Ingredients
take a measure
1 cup rava
1 cup ghee
1 cup grated coconut
3 cups milk
5 cups sugar
Method:
- Put all the ingredients in a heavy bottom pan or kadai and place it in
medium fire.
- Be stirring on till it leaves the bottom.
- Pour it in a greased plate.
- And cut to pieces.
- This is a rich white and attractive liked by my visitors.
- If the measure is a small cup, the time for preparation is only 20 minutes.
