allows you to be creative. This is a very easy Raita recipe that I
created and love, so I'd like to share it.

Carrot Raita
Ingredients
2 cups yogurt
1 medium carrot, peeled and shredded
1 green chili chopped
salt to taste
1 tsp. oil
mustard seeds
cilantro
Method:
- Beat the yogurt (add water if it's too thick) until smooth.
- Add the carrots, chili and salt and mix well.
- Heat the oil and add mustard seeds until they splutter.
- Add this to the yogurt. Garnish with chopped cilantro
(coriander) leaves.
