Tofu Egg Curry
Ingredients
3 full size onions
3 green chillies
1 tbls garlic paste
1 tbls ginger paste
1 pack of tofu
4 eggs
3 tomatoes
masala powder
pinch of tumeric
salt as per taste.
Method:
- Cut the tofu in to small cubic pieces of 3 inches each.
- Fry them in butter and keep it aside.
- Meanwhile fry the onions till they are golden brown, and then
add ginger and garlic paste.
- Chop the tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the mixtu
re.
- Fry them until the tomatoes are cooked.
- Then dip the tofu in to the egg and fry them till they are done
- Finally put those cubes coated with egg into gravy.
- Let them cook for 2 min,and then add garam masala stir it for
a while and you are done.
Before seving garnish it corriander leaves.
