7 Cup Burfi

Ingredients

1. Besan - 1 cup
2. Sugar - 2 cups
3. Ghee - 2 cups
4. Milk - 1 cup
5. Chapped coconut - 1 cup

Method of preparing:

  1. Fry the Besan for 2-3 mins in a kadai with 1-2 spoons of Ghee and keep aside
  2. Put sugar to kadai and add 1 cup milk and stir well until the sugar gets melted (it should not boil)
  3. Add Besan, Ghee (1 cup), coconut to the sugar syrup and stir well for 5-10 mts
  4. Add another cup of remaining Ghee to it, stir for 5 more mts, untill it gets round like ball in the kadai and comes in the middle
  5. Grease the steel plate with little Ghee and pour the stuff to it, leave for 5 mts and cut it into pieces and delicious 7 Cup Burfi is ready to serve
