My name is Ms Heema R.Choudhury, M.Sc (agri), a housewife ,now residing in USA,love experimenting new dishes,here's one very quick chicken biryani,low fat.

Chicken Biryani

Ingredients

Boneless chicken-500gms(cut into small cubes)
onion-4 medium(cut into small pieces)
ginger paste-two tbs
green chilli-few nos(small pieces)
chilli powder-two spoons
salt -to taste
fresh grinded cardamom,cinnamon,clove-one tbs
400gms basmati rice half cooked and drained
few fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

Method:

  1. In a nonstick pan add chicken pieces,ginger paste,onion,green chilli,chilli powder and cook till done at low heat,sprinkle water in between for the ingredients to boil.
  2. When its done add the half cooked rice and mix it properly with the chicken at last add garam masala and cover it till done.Serve it with coriander chopped on top as garnish.
