Hey,
This is Madhavi again from London ... this time with another one of my favorite raitha's. This is the most effortless raitha you could make provided you have the ingredients ready in the store cupboard.

Mint Raitha

Ingredients

Dry mint leaves - 2 to 3 tsp
Black salt (Kalanamak) - 1/2 tsp (or according to taste)
Salt (regular - again according to taste)
3 cups of yoghurt - well beaten

Method:

Add all the ingredients and check for taste. This can be used as a dip with papad or even crisps and ofcourse it tastes divine with peas pulao.
