Mint Raitha
Ingredients
Dry mint leaves - 2 to 3 tsp
Black salt (Kalanamak) - 1/2 tsp (or according to taste)
Salt (regular - again according to taste)
3 cups of yoghurt - well beaten
Method:
Add all the ingredients and check for taste. This can be used as a dip with
papad or even crisps and ofcourse it tastes divine with peas pulao.
