Solachi (kokam) Kadhi
Ingredients
3/4 kokam
Grated Coconut - 1
2/3 garlic (singles/ petals whatever it is called)
1/2 green chillies
Salt
Coriander leaves
Ghee and mustard seeds for seasoning (Vagar)
Method:
- Soak 3/4 Kokams in salted water for about 15-20 mins.
- Take out milk of whole coconut with garlic, chillies.
- Mix the soaked kokams in this milk.
- Heat ghee and add mustard seeds.
- Once the mustard seeds crackle add the seasoning to the milk.
- Do not heat the milk.
- Serve this with Rice.
- You can even drink this after your meal as it is the best for digestion.
