Chicken Fry
Ingredients for Cooking
Chicken - 1 Kg.
Salt - to taste
Vinegar - 2 tsp.
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp.
Ginger Garlic Paste.
Chillie powder - 2-1/2 tsp.
dash or red/orange color.
Oil to fry..
Method:
- Cut the chicken to your requirement.
- Mix all the ingredient and make a thick paste
- Apply uniformly to the chicken and marinate it for atleast 1 hour.
- Shallow fry till done.
- Serve hot.
