Broccoli Kofta

Ingredients for Cooking

For Kofta:
Broccoli
2 Boiled  Potatoes
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chopped chilies

For Gravy:
whole garam masala
1 onion paste
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp green chilies
2 tomatoes puree
red chili powder
dhania jeera powder
haldi
garam masala powder
salt to taste
cream or milk
oil for frying

  Method for Kofta:

  1. Boil or steam the broccoli mash it well
  2. Add the potatoes.
  3. Then add salt, ginger garlic paste and chilies.
  4. Mix well and make small balls out of it 
  5. Deep fry them and keep aside.

  For Gravy:

  1. Take oil in a kadhai;  add whole garam masala allow it to splutter then add onion paste.
  2. Fry it till oil separates  
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste, green chilies and tomato puree
  4. Then add dry ingredients and fry well till oil leaves the masala.
  5. Add water to make gravy or instead u can use milk to give richness. 
  6. Add the koftas just before serving otherwise it will soak all the gravy.
  7. Finish it with cream and kasuri methi for garnish.
