Broccoli Kofta
Ingredients for Cooking
For Kofta:
Broccoli
2 Boiled Potatoes
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chopped chilies
For Gravy:
whole garam masala
1 onion paste
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp green chilies
2 tomatoes puree
red chili powder
dhania jeera powder
haldi
garam masala powder
salt to taste
cream or milk
oil for frying
Method for Kofta:
- Boil or steam the broccoli mash it well
- Add the potatoes.
- Then add salt, ginger garlic paste and chilies.
- Mix well and make small balls out of it
- Deep fry them and keep aside.
For Gravy:
- Take oil in a kadhai; add whole garam masala allow it to splutter then add onion paste.
- Fry it till oil separates
- Then add ginger garlic paste, green chilies and tomato puree
- Then add dry ingredients and fry well till oil leaves the masala.
- Add water to make gravy or instead u can use milk to give richness.
- Add the koftas just before serving otherwise it will soak all the gravy.
- Finish it with cream and kasuri methi for garnish.
