Hi, This Is Deepa Again.........My Earlier Contributions to Bawarchi were "Good Rasam" & "Quick Rice Wada" ....Hope u guys must have enjoyed it.....Cabbage Raita is a Very Nutritious , Simple and a Quicky Dish.........Do mail me ur Comments & Doubts........

Cabbage Raita

Note: All ingredient quantities are ap prox.

Ingredients:

Leafy Cabbage - 1 cup(Cut into Thin Medium Long pieces)
Salt To taste
Pepper powder to Taste
Yogurt/Curd - 1 1/2 cup

Method:

Mix all the above ingredients and adjust the Yogurt/Curd's Consistency as per Requirement........Leave it for 1 Hour so that the Cabbage becomes soft.........

If Needed, can even give tempering with Oil and Mustard...........

Serve it with Roti,Puri or Pulav
