Cabbage Raita
Note: All ingredient quantities are ap prox.
Ingredients:
Leafy Cabbage - 1 cup(Cut into Thin Medium Long pieces)
Salt To taste
Pepper powder to Taste
Yogurt/Curd - 1 1/2 cup
Method:
Mix all the above ingredients and adjust the Yogurt/Curd's Consistency as
per Requirement........Leave it for 1 Hour so that the Cabbage becomes
soft.........
If Needed, can even give tempering with Oil and Mustard...........
Serve it with Roti,Puri or Pulav
