For 2-3 persons
1 Cup Tur Dal
4 Green Chillies
2-3 Curry leaves
Rai,Turmeric powder, one spoon oil, Hing
4-5 spoon thick curd,
2 spoon thick cream
Salt to taste
Method
Boil turdal along with green chillies with little turmeric powder & hing in pressure cooker
Remove green chillies aside and crush them with little salt in hand
Remove turdal in a bowl (drain all water from the boiled turdal)
Then take oil put rai , when the rai seeds crackle put curry leaves,
turmeric powder & a bit of hing
Pour the above mixture in the turdal,
Add salt, curd & cream & crushed green chillies to the mixture of
turdal.
