Dal Raita

Indgredients

For 2-3 persons
1 Cup Tur Dal
4 Green Chillies
2-3 Curry leaves
Rai,Turmeric powder, one spoon oil, Hing
4-5 spoon thick curd,
2 spoon thick cream
Salt to taste

Method

  1. Boil turdal along with green chillies with little turmeric powder & hing in pressure cooker Remove green chillies aside and crush them with little salt in hand
  2. Remove turdal in a bowl (drain all water from the boiled turdal)
  3. Then take oil put rai , when the rai seeds crackle put curry leaves, turmeric powder & a bit of hing
  4. Pour the above mixture in the turdal,
  5. Add salt, curd & cream & crushed green chillies to the mixture of turdal.
  6. Mix evenly & your Dal raita is ready
