2 onions
2 tsp paste of ginger & garlic
2 inches of coconut
4 green chilles
1 tspn whole dhaneya{coriander seeds}
1 tspn chana dal
1 tspn uncooked rice
1 tspn peanut
1 whole chicken cut into small peaces
1/2 tspn red chille powder
1/2 tspn turmeric powder
1 tspn salt
1/2 tspn maharashtrian kala masala
coriander for garnishing
3 tbspn oil
3 cups water
Method
Fry onions, peanut, coriander seeds, rice, chana dal, coconut into light
golden brown.
Then make paste with green chillies.
Take oil in frying pan then fry all the paste till golden brown.
Then add red chill powder, turmeric powder & salt roast it a little.
