chicken - 1/2kg
onion - 2 medium size
ginger garlic paste - 1spoon
cinnamons and cloves powder - 1/4 spoon
green chillies - 5
red chillies - 5
tomato - 2 medium size
dhania powder 1 spoon
rice - 2big glass
Method
Fry the red chillies with little oil
Except onion and tomato mix all the ingredients listed above
Take a big spoon full of oil in medium sized vessel
Heat the oil for few minutes and then add onions to it,after the onions turn into golden brown add chicken and 3/4 spoon of salt and cook it for 5-6 minutes
Then add the paste(2.)to it with a glass of water and cook this for 10minutes
After this duration add 4 glasses of water and allow it to boil.When the water starts boiling add the rice to it.
When the rice is half cooked add tomatoes and some coriander leafs.Keep stirring for little durations.
