Ingredients:1 cup fresh carom (ajwain) leaves, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh thick curds
3-4 red chillies
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
1 tbsp. sugar
1 salt to taste
1 tbsp. oilMETHOD:
- Heat, oil fry leaves, chillies, sugar, seeds.
- Cool a bit, grind with salt and curds.
- Serve as a dip or an accompaniment to fresh cut crudités.
Making time: 15 minutes
Makes: 1 cup
Shelflife: 3-4 days refrigerated
