Dips and Dressings
White Radish Dip
Ingredients

1 tender white radish
1 onion
1 sprig mint leaves
1 sprig coriander
1 green chilli grated
2 pinches ginger grated
1 cup tied curds
1/2 tsp. ground sugar
salt to taste

Method

  1. Clean and chop radish, onion, mint and coriander very fine.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate till well chilled.
  4. Serve with chilled cucumber, carrot, boiled potato fingers.

Making time: 10 minutes (excluding chilling time)
Makes: 4 servings

Variations: You may use cucumber in place of radish.
