Ingredients1 onion grated
2 whole dry red chillies
2 tsbp. olive oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. ground sugar
8-10 mint leave finely chopped
salt to taste
pepper to tasteMethod
- Warm oil, add chillies.
- Cover, keep aside 20 minutes or till required.
- Remove chillies, reheat the chilli oil.
- Add onion, saute till pink and tender.
- Add all other ingredients, mix well, stirfry for 2 minutes.
- Cool a bit, pour over chilled salad, toss with chopsticks or fork.
- Serve immediately.
Making time: 10 minutes (excluding chilli oil making time)
Makes: enough dressing for 4 cups salad
