Dips and Dressings
Eggless Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
1 tsp. powdered mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper powder
200 gms. evaporated milk
1 1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. white vinegar

Method:

  1. Put mustard in a bowl.
  2. Add sugar, salt, milk, pepper, and mix.
  3. Add oil little by little to mix completely.
  4. Add vinegar, mix till thickened.
  5. Check seasoning and adjust as required.
  6. Refrigerate, and use as regular mayonnaise.

Making time: 15 minutes
Makes: 2 cups
Shelflife: 2 weeks refrigerated
