Ingredients1 1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup grated coconut
Salt as per taste
2 green chillies chopped finely
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp gheeMethod
- Mix all the ingredients
- Make soft pliable dough by adding required water
- Keep the dough covered for 12-1 hour
- Make pingpong ball sized lumps of dough
- Dust with dry flour, proceed to roll to 6" diameter all the lumps
- Heat a heavy griddle
- Place the bread on it
- Allow one side to cook have brown golden patches
- Turn repeat for other side. Drizzle some oil and flip
- Drizzle oil on other side. Sizzle till done
- Serve hot
