(from leftover baati of dal baati: rajasthani dishes)Ingredients:
1 litre milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. cardamom powder
1 cup leftover baati piecesMethod:
- Either crush baati with hand coarsely, or chop into tiny cubes.
- Heat milk, bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add baati, simmer for 5 minutes, add sugar, stir to dissolve.
- Add cardamom powder, stir, simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot as an even meal by itself.
