IngredientsAlmonds - 100 gms
Pistachios Green - 100 gms
Cardamom Powder - 2 tsp
Saffron Strands - 1/2 tspMethod
Crisper the saffron on a warm griddle.
Crush with hand.
In a small dry grinder mix all ingredients and run till a coarse mixture is got.
Store in an air tight jar.
Makes: 1 cup.
