How to Make Paneer
- Always heat paneer dishes very well before serving. Only when the dish is well simmered will the paneer taste soft.
- While reheating a dry paneer dish, sprinkle some water to keep the paneer from becoming rubbery.
- The best rule to follow is make all the preparation and keep the final making of the dish at the end.
- To keep paneer fresh for 2-3 days. Place block in water deep enough to cover it. Refrigerate. Change water every 10-12 hours.
- Always keep aside a tbsp ful of grated paneer to garnish. Makes even a simple paneer dish look exotic.
