Ingredients
3 slices day old white or brown bread.
1 tbsp. grated cheese
1 tsp. sesame or poppy seeds
salt to tasteMethod
- Mix seeds, salt and cheese.
- Cut bread slices into thin cubical cylinders.
- Roll each in cheese mixture.
- Arrong on a nonstick or lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake in a hot over at 160oC for 5 minutes or till crisp.
- Serve hot with any soup not having too many chunky veggies.
