Soups Accompaniments
Cheesy fingers
Ingredients


3 slices day old white or brown bread.
1 tbsp. grated cheese
1 tsp. sesame or poppy seeds
salt to taste

Method

  1. Mix seeds, salt and cheese.
  2. Cut bread slices into thin cubical cylinders.
  3. Roll each in cheese mixture.
  4. Arrong on a nonstick or lightly greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake in a hot over at 160oC for 5 minutes or till crisp.
  6. Serve hot with any soup not having too many chunky veggies.
