Ingredients:1 tbsp. wheat flour
1 tbsp. fresh curds
1/2 tbsp. cooked rice
2 pinches red chilli powder(optional)
3 pinches cumin powder
salt to tasteMethod:
- Take rice in a clean pan.
- Add curds and flour.
- Beat well with a fork.
- Add 1-1/2 cups water.
- Add salt, chilli powder and mix well.
- Cook while stirring continuously.
- When in starts boiling, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle cumin powder and mix
- Stir occasionally. It should be smooth and thick with grains of whole rice.
- Serve porridge warm to kids and steaming hot to adult patients.
