Banana Coconut Salad
Ingredients: Medium size ripe banana - 4 Grated coconut- - half cup (one side of the coconut is enough) Cardamom powder 1 spoon Natural brown jaggery powder 5 spoons or sugar 4 spoons
Method: Peel the banana and cut into thin slices. Take a bowl add banana, coconut, jaggery or sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well. This salad is rich in iron. Optionally, add a few spoons of condensed milk.
