Mooli Wali Makki ki Roti
Apply 1 tsp oil on each side and cook till light brown on both sides.
Methi ki Roti
Roll the dough into 6-inch diameter discs and cook on a hot griddle till light brown on both sides.
Shallow fry this paratha on a hot griddle, one at a time.
Make this traditional Missi Roti with onions, ginger and green chillies.
Aloo ki Puri
Deep-fry these puris in hot oil till light brown. Once you lower the puris into oil, it will sink and then rise. At that time, swish oil on top of the puri.
Ande ka Paratha
This is an easy to make paratha with eggs and flour.
First, dry roast the ingredients for masala in a pan on slow fire till it starts to emit an aroma.
