Garlic is applied to bread to make flavoured bread and oils are also flavoured with garlic cloves. It is also popularly used in roasts, bakes and grills.

Helps regulate blood sugar levels, blood pressure and cholesterol. It is also used as an antiseptic. Garlic is a powerful natural antibiotic.
