Ham is the meat from a hog's hind leg. The unprocessed meat is called fresh ham and the meat that undergoes a curing process is called as cured ham.

Burgers and sandwiches.
Ham is rich in Protein, essential Amino Acids, Vitamins and Minerals. It also has high Sodium content which is not good for anyone with a heart problem or high blood pressure.
