Description:  It is the healthiest of oils used for cooking and is low in acid content.  The refined rapeseed oil intensifies the natural flavour of food.  It is a non-drying or semi-drying oil obtained from rapeseed and turnip seed and used chiefly as a lubricant and illuminant.  

Commonly used in: It is used for roasting, frying and deep fat frying, baking, marinades, dipping, drizzling, sauces, mayonnaise and salad dressing.

It has 10 times more Omega 3 than Olive Oil, a good source of Vitamin E, high in monounsaturated fats, suitable for a variety of diets.
