Description:
This is an aromatic evergreen shrub, a native of  Mediterranean region. Legend says that Virgin Mary is said to have spread her blue cloak over a white-blossomed rosemary bush when she was resting, and the flowers turned blue. The shrub then became known as the 'Rose of Mary'. They are used as a flavour in many cuisines.

They are used as ornamental plants, for medical usually traditional and culinary purpose. In the manufacture of perfumes
