Schezuan Pepper

Schezuan Pepper is an ingredient used in Indian cooking Also known as:
Chinese Pepper

This is a spice used mostly in Asian cuisines like soups and gruel. This has a unique flavour and aroma but it is less hot when compared to the others. They are either lightly toasted or used in crushed form. This is also available in oil form and is used in stir-fry dishes like noodle.
