Christmas Dishes
Christmas Fudge

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 cup plain flour
1 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs whites
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Method:

  1. Beat butter and Sugar till light
  2. Add eggs and beat well till fluffy
  3. Add chocolate syrup and vanilla essence
  4. Mix it well
  5. Mix flour and salt and beat well
  6. Preheat oven and 350oF
  7. Pour the mixture in baking dish
  8. Garnish with nuts
  9. Bake for 25 mins. (till toothpick comes out clean when put in the center)
  10. Cool
  11. Refrigerate before serving
