2-1/2 kgs. red chillies
1/4 kg. til (seasame seeds)
1/4 kg. wheat
1/4 kg. turmeric
3/4 kg. Coriander seeds
1/4 kg. raw gram
1/4 kg. khus-khus
10 gms. naikaiser 10 gms. Kababchuni (all spice)
10 gms. Cardamoms
50 gms. cinnamon
10 gms. tirphal
10 gms. maipatri
125 gms. pepper
8 gms. Cloves
10 gms. bardian (anise-star)
10 gms. shahjeera
1/4 kg. mustard seed
10 gms. zaipatri
125 gms. jeeraMethod:
Note: Can avoid any of the ingredients if not available.
- Clean the ingredients and dry them in the sun.
- Roast all the ingredients on slow fire.
- Mix the chillies in the mixture and then the other ingredients.
- Mix all the powders
- Fill in dry empty bottles
