1 dozen mutton chops
3 eggs
Bread crumbs
2 tsp lemon juice
oil for fryingGrind to a paste:
2 onions
3 Green Chillies
4 cinnamon sticks
4 Cloves
1" ginger
4 cardamoms
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to tasteMethod
- Mix the lime juice to the ground masala
- Marinate the mutton chops with the above mixture
- Keep aside for 2-1/2 hours.
- Beat the eggs in a vessel
- Apply the beaten egg on each chop and roll in the bread crumbs
- Fry the chops
- Steam the fried chops in a pressure cooker for 1/2 an hour.
