Doughnuts

Ingredients

5 cups maida
1 cup curd, blended
250 gm sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp soda-bi-carbonate
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
3 tbsp butter

Method:

  1. Seive maida, baking powder and salt and mix it
  2. Mix soda-bi-carbonate with the curd
  3. Beat the eggs and add sugar and blend.
  4. Mix the flour mixture and milk to it
  5. Make a dough
  6. Roll the dough into doughnut shapes
  7. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown from both the side
