5 cups maida
1 cup curd, blended
250 gm sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp soda-bi-carbonate
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
3 tbsp butterMethod:
- Seive maida, baking powder and salt and mix it
- Mix soda-bi-carbonate with the curd
- Beat the eggs and add sugar and blend.
- Mix the flour mixture and milk to it
- Make a dough
- Roll the dough into doughnut shapes
- Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown from both the side
