2 cup shredded red lettuce
2 cups chopped cooked meat, cold
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped capsicum
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
Salt as per tasteFor Dressing:
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain yoghurt
1 tbsp vinegarMethod for dressing:
- Mix all the ingredients of dressing except cottage cheese
- Blend it well with electric blender
- Add cottage cheese and mix it well with fork
- Chill for 2 hours
Method for salad
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients of salad
- Toss it with dressing
- Chill for 3-4 hours before serving
