Serves 2-4
250 gm. fresh shrimp
2 cups cooked steamed rice
1 cup cauliflower, sliced
1 cup cabbage, sliced
1 cup straw mushrooms
2 tomatoes, sliced
1-2 eggs
1/2 onion, sliced
1 tbsp. ginger, sliced
1 tbsp. garlic, chopped
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tbsp. fish sauce or salt to taste
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
sugar to taste
1 tbsp. long chilli, sliced and seeded
2 tbsp. spring onions, chopped
2 tbsp. fresh corianderMethod
- In a wok, fry garlic in oil.
- Add the egg(s), shrimp,rice, onion, cauliflower, cabbage and mushrooms while stirring.
- Add tomato, ginger, fish sauce or salt, soy sauce, sugar, chilli, spring onions and coriander.
- Serve on a plate.
serves 2-4. Chicken, Pork or Seafood may be substituted for the shrimp.
