  • 10 g - Sunflower oil
  • Small quantities of Channa Dal, Rai, Jeera, Red Chilli, Coriander Leaves
  • 1 bowl - Water
  • Salt to taste
  • 150 g - Mamra

How to Make 3 Minute Mamra Upma

  • Sprinkle lukewarm water on the mamra to soften it.
  • In a kadai, heat the oil and add all the ingredients.
  • When it turns light golden colour, add the mamra and sprinkle water on it. Simmer for 2 minutes.
