How to Make 30-minute Cauliflower Kurma

  • Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  • When the seeds crackle, add the chopped onion, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chilli and saute for a while.
  • Add the cauliflower, french beans, carrot, green peas, salt, 1/2 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of water.
  • Cover and cook till the vegetables are tender.
  • Add the remaining milk and garam masala.
  • Cook for another 5 mins and serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander.
