Ingredients

  • 1 cup-chiroti rava
  • 1 cup-milk preheated
  • 1 cup- grated Coconut
  • 3 cup-sugar
  • 1 cup- Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp- Cardamom powder

How to Make 7 Cups Sweet

  • Grease a plate for the sweet with ghee.
  • Take bottom thick vessel or a kadai. Mix all the ingredients in the kadai.
  • Keep it on medium flame.
  • Keep stirring in between until the sugar is dissolved and the other ingredients get mixed well.
  • When it starts boiling keep the flame low, keep stirring.
  • When the mixture froths up, the sides getting dried up, remove quickly pour it on the greased plate.
  • Shake the plate gently for the mixture to spread evenly.
  • When it is partly cooled, cut into pieces with a sharp greased knife.
  • Serve when it is cooled completely.
