  • 2 large - Raw mangoes
  • 2 tsp - Cumin powder
  • 4-5 - Black peppercorns, crushed
  • Black salt (kala namak) to taste
  • Asafoetida a pinch
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar

How to Make Aam ka Panna

  • Boil mangoes, when cooled peel, mash and strain the pulp.
  • Add cumin powder, crushed peppercorns, black salt, asafoetida and sugar.
  • Mix well till sugar is dissolved.
  • Pour into tall glasses, fill it up with chilled water.
  • Stir well and serve.
