How to Make Aam ki lassi

  • Puree the mango pulp in a blender and transfer into a bowl.
  • In the same mixer, blend yogurt, sugar and ice cubes for a minute.
  • Add mango puree and blend for half a minute on minimum speed.
  • Garnish with saffron strands and serve chilled.
