Ingredients

  • 4 medium - Alphonso mangoes
  • 4 medium - Pairi mangoes
  • Sugar as required

How to Make Aam Ras

  • Soak all the mangoes in water for at least two hours.
  • Press the mangoes lightly with finger tips to loosen the pulp.
  • Remove the tip, press harder and take out all the pulp and keep aside in a bowl.
  • Place the pulp in a blender, add sugar* and blend till smooth.
  • Pour the blended juice in a bowl and chill.
  • Serve with hot puris.
