How to Make Aamras

  • Soak the mangoes in water for 1 hour.
  • Peel the skin and remove the pulp.
  • In blender mix all the ingredients and blend to a smooth paste.
  • Keep chilled in the fridge for at least 1hour before serving.
  • Serve with hot puris or chappatis.
