Ingredients

  • 1 kg - smoked pork, cubed
  • 2 - Tomato
  • 3 tbsp - axuni (fermented soya bean)
  • 10 pods - Garlic
  • To taste - Green chilli or bhut jolokia
  • To taste - salt
  • How to Make Aaoshi Smoked Pork with Fermented Soya Bean:

    1. Make a paste of one tomato, green chilli/bhut jolokia and garlic. Keep it aside.
    2. Cook the pork and the other tomato with salt, in water, for 15 minutes.
    3. Add the tomato, green chilli/bhut jolokia and garlic paste. Mix well.
    4. After 10 minutes, add axuni, mix well and cook, for another 10 minutes, on low flame.
    5. Serve hot, with rice.
